Situation
After UX analysis, major problems were detected, including a disturbing diversity of prices and features not adapted to mobile devices. In addition, we noticed specific difficulties in the purchase funnel, resulting in a loss of prospects at certain crucial stages.
Solution
In close collaboration with Speedway, we developed a new version of the site in line with their existing visual identity. Our main goal was to optimize the conversion rate by offering a smooth and intuitive user experience.
To do this, we solved the identified problems concerning product lists and product sheets by improving the consistency of displayed prices and optimizing features for mobile devices. In addition, we carried out a complete overhaul of the purchase funnel, which significantly improved its conversion rate
